Last week, Erica, Portfolio Manager at Buttercross Estates, had the pleasure of visiting Newark Academy to take part in mock job interviews with Year 10 students.

The event was designed to give pupils a taste of real-world interview scenarios, helping them build confidence, refine their communication skills, and get a step closer to future career success. It was inspiring to see how prepared and enthusiastic the students were, tackling tough questions with maturity and curiosity.
