This past week, Buttercross Estates has had the pleasure of welcoming Phoenix, a work experience student, into the team, offering him a first hand look at the fast-paced world of estate agency.
Throughout the week, he gained insights into the key aspects of running an estate agency. We introduced him to:
- Client Communication: Conducting calls, Phoenix saw how we build relationships and maintain trust.
- Marketing Strategies: He got hands-on experience crafting engaging property adverts, learning how digital presence influences buyer interest.
- Lettings and Office Life: He attended lettings meetings and gained an insight into office teamwork, communication, and organisation in a fast-paced environment.
Reflecting on his week, Phoenix shares “Work experience at Buttercross Estates has been enjoyable because you get to see lots of houses which can be a new experience for some people and everyone at Buttercross Estates is very nice and I would recommend this experience to my friends”.
